Services Rules & Regulations

Property Damage:

  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio and its equipment during its use for a photo shoot, video shoot or any other event held at Mas Studios Intl. 

  • When making use of the cyclorama, the following rules apply:

    • No street shoes on the cyclorama.

    • Do not stand, sit or place any equipment on the curves of the cyclorama.

    • No jumping using high heels on the cyclorama.

    • Do not drag any equipment over the surface, always lift or roll equipment.

    • It is the Client’s responsibility to inform any of their clients or subcontractors of the rules listed above and enforce said rules. 



  • It is the responsibility of the Client to leave the premise in clean and good condition. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be applied to the final invoice should the premises not be returned in the condition of which it was received. 

Property Damages:

  • Should any damages to the property or equipment occur during use, the Client will be responsible for all incurring costs related to said damages.

Personal Damage:

  • The Client assumes all risk of personal injury, including death and damage to personal property sustained during the use of the Studio facility and or its equipment. The Client releases the Studio from any and all liability relating to any injury, death or damages suffered by the attendees during the duration of use whether due to negligence of the released parties, their respective agents, or peers.

Rental times:

  • By exceeding the quoted time in any service offered by the studio (studio rental, photography, videography, makeup and hair, wardrobe styling, among others), extra fees may apply and be reflected on the final invoice. 

Overbooked times:​

  • In the interest of enabling access to our spaces, we may offer discounts on half-day and full-day bookings if made in advance. However, we hereby notify our clients that if they choose to extend their booking while already utilizing the space, the rate cannot be reduced to a half-day or full-day rate. Additional hours, in such cases, will be charged at the regular price.


  • Quotes are valid 30 days from the date it was sent, or such period as stated in the quotation.


  • A deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm the booking two weeks prior to use of the premises or such period as stated in the quotation. The remaining amount of the invoice is required to deliver the final product.


  • Cancellations with more than three business days are subject to 50% deposit fee.

  • Cancellations within three business days or less are subject to a full deposit fee. The client is able to reschedule the booking once. This policy applies to all confirmed bookings.


  • RAW imagery: Mas Studios will not deliver any RAW (or unedited) material (photo or video) under any circumstances. 

  • Payment: Client shall pay the full amount due for the imagery to Mas Studios prior to the delivery of any imagery. Mas Studios is not obligated to deliver any imagery to the Client until full payment has been received.

  • Delivery: Upon receipt of full payment, Mas Studios will deliver the imagery to the Client in the format and manner agreed upon by the parties.

  • No Pre-Delivery: Mas Studios will not deliver any imagery to the Client prior to receiving full payment for any imagery.

  • Non-Refundable: The Client acknowledges that all payments made to Mas Studios for the imagery are non-refundable.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: Mas Studios retains all intellectual property rights in and to the imagery, and the Client will not use the imagery in any manner that infringes upon such rights.

Late payment fee:

  • All final payments must be received within 30 days from the date of the invoice. A 1.6% per month or 20% per annum Late Payment Fee will apply on all overdue invoices.
